Smartness is seeking a Team Leader for their SmartPMS Engineering team. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on software development. The ideal candidate will lead engineers while actively participating in coding, architecture discussions, and technical decisions.

This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative solutions for accommodation providers while fostering engineering excellence and driving improvements. Competitive compensation starting from €45,000 up to €75,000 is offered depending on experience.

Competenze

• 10+ years in software engineering in product-driven or SaaS environments.
• 3-5 years in a leadership role with hands-on software development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel.
