Job summary

CRIF S.p.A. is seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise applications across international markets. You will balance hands-on coding with team leadership, ensuring timely milestones and high-quality software.

The role requires strong full-stack capabilities (Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, frontend with Angular/React) and experience coordinating multidiscipline teams in an international context. A permanent contract is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM disciplines or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience as TTL or hands-on technical leadership guiding development teams and decisions.
• Experience coordinating software development teams, including task allocation and delivery accountability.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development of complex software solutions and act as TTL throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate day-to-day team activities, assign tasks, balance workloads, set priorities.
• Collaborate with clients, product owners and architects to clarify requirements and align delivery.
• Contribute hands-on to frontend and backend development where needed.
• Promote software quality via code reviews, testing strategies, and documentation.
