Base360.ai, born out of The Flex, is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to shape and scale the platform across the entire short-term rental lifecycle. You will build customer-facing features, operational dashboards, automation engines, AI-powered workflows, and integrations that reduce manual work while increasing revenue.
You'll own the complete delivery journey from idea to production, collaborating with founders, designers, and operators to ship reliable software.

As a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer, you'll help shape and scale Base360.ai across the entire short-term rental lifecycle.
You'll build customer-facing features, operational dashboards, automation engines, AI-powered workflows, and integrations that help property managers grow without increasing their workload at the same rate.
Your work will connect what users see with the systems behind it—from a guest’s check-in experience to the workflows coordinating reservations, cleaning, payments, and owner reporting.
Work directly with property managers and internal teams to understand their workflows, identify friction, and decide which problems are worth solving.
Take features from idea and prototype through frontend, backend, integrations, testing, and deployment. Own the complete experience and how it performs in production.
Work with designers to make complex short-term rental operations easy to manage. Build interfaces that help users complete tasks quickly and confidently.
Build event-driven workflows that eliminate repetitive work—from scheduling cleaning after a booking to sending check-in instructions and generating owner statements.
Use LLMs and AI agents to automate guest communication, triage maintenance requests, support pricing decisions, and help operators manage their portfolios more efficiently.
Build reliable APIs and integrations with platforms including Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google, and other partners across the short-term rental ecosystem.
