Pairwise is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer in Turbigo, Italy. This full-time position involves leading the technical direction of an AI-powered staffing platform. You will have ownership of the product from architecture to UI implementation, leveraging your expertise in Python/Django and React. The role emphasizes creative problem solving and the opportunity to significantly influence product development as part of a collaborative team dedicated to technical excellence.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience with strong production work in Python/Django and React.
• Deep understanding of databases, schema design, SQL, and data modeling.
• Hands-on Applied AI experience, integrating LLMs into production applications.

Mansioni

• Architect and ship core product end to end, designing complex logic flows and user interfaces.
• Build and refine the Applied AI layer including workflows and eval pipelines.
• Own technical planning, turning product goals into concrete implementation plans.
