This role will oversee the entire Supply Chain ecosystem, from logistics to planning and supplier management, ensuring efficient product delivery and compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in the food industry and a relevant degree, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in the food industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential.

Mansioni

• Oversee logistics, transportation, and delivery performance.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate production planning.
• Supervise warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking/packing, traceability).
• Lead process optimization and implement LEAN initiatives.
• Manage and develop the Supply Chain team, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through service quality and product availability.
• Coordinate procurement and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor budget, KPIs, and overall supply chain performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business goals.
