JobCubby seeks an experienced Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter) to own the mobile experience of a high-impact digital retail platform. You will build Flutter modules, connect to native Android/iOS SDKs, and integrate with payment terminals, printers, and scanners.

You will work on offline-first architecture, ensure performance and reliability, and collaborate with Product and Backend teams in a fully remote, international environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience, including at least 3 years with Flutter.
• Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, with Add-to-App experience.
• Practical native mobile development experience (Kotlin/Android or Swift/iOS).
• Experience integrating apps with external hardware and native SDKs.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and local databases like SQLite.
• Experience building offline-first mobile apps and handling intermittent connectivity.
• Strong focus on performance, reliability, and production-quality practices.
• Experience writing integration tests for hardware-dependent flows.
• Ability to translate designs into polished mobile interfaces.
• Excellent communication in an international environment.
