Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter) based in Italy to own the mobile experience of a demanding digital retail platform. You will build Flutter modules with Add-to-App, integrate with payment terminals, printers and scanners, and connect to backend services.

The role emphasizes offline-first architecture, performance, and reliability in a fully remote, international team.

Competenze

• 5+ years of mobile development experience, including at least 3 years of Flutter.
• Flutter and Dart expertise with Add-to-App architecture.
• Native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) experience.
• Experience with hardware integrations (terminals, printers, scanners).
• REST API integration and SQLite local databases.
• Offline-first mobile apps and intermittent connectivity handling.
• Performance optimization and reliability in production.
• Flutter integration tests for hardware-dependent flows.
• Translating designs from Figma into polished UI.
• Strong time-management and independent work capabilities.

Mansioni

• Own and develop the mobile experience for a mission-critical digital retail platform.
• Build and maintain Flutter modules using Add-to-App.
• Develop native integrations with payment terminals, printers, and scanners.
• Integrate with Java-based backend microservices via REST APIs.
• Develop features across POS, billing, B2B marketplace, banking, inventory, and AI assistance.
• Create pixel-accurate interfaces from Figma designs.
• Design offline-first capabilities with local storage.
• Optimize performance for fast, reliable experiences.
• Establish mobile development best practices and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product and Backend teams to define requirements.
• Own initiatives from planning through delivery.
