A leading glass recycling company in Italy is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join their team in Origgio. The role involves setting up management control systems, budget preparation, and data analysis. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Economics or Management Engineering, along with 3-5 years of management control experience and strong Excel skills. Proficiency in English is required, with German being a plus.

In a rapidly evolving international context, we are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst for our headquarters in Origgio (VA) who wants to be part of this challenge.

Your mission?

• set up and implement the company management control system;
• design and launch analytical accounting and cost monitoring processes by cost center and production line;
• prepare the company budget and periodic forecasts, with particular attention to revenues and production costs;
• carrying out regular reporting tasks, data analysis and analyzing variances between budgets, actual results, and forecasts, highlighting the main production and supply variables;
• supporting the adoption of Business Intelligence tools to make data analysis more effective and usable.

What are we looking for?

• a degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related disciplines;
• At least 3-5 years of experience in management control, at a consulting firm or manufacturing company;
• Good knowledge of general and analytical accounting principles;
• Excellent skills in advanced Excel and ERP systems (knowledge of SAP or equivalent management software is a plus);
• Knowledge of analysis and reporting tools;
• Excellent knowledge of English, to work in an international environment (proficiency in German is a plus)
