How You Will Create Impact

In this role, you will drive profitable growth in Financial Lines by developing creative solutions for complex risks. Your responsibilities will include :

• Underwriting new and renewal business with a technical and client‑focused approach.
• Working closely with brokers to communicate our risk appetite and value proposition.
• Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions, and structuring tailored solutions.
• Expanding your broker network, attending market events, and building strong relationships.
• Collaborating with the LITUS team and other Wecoya business lines to identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• As a senior team member, you will set high standards for customer service and provide mentoring and guidance to junior colleagues.

Your Role in Driving Success
