Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking an experienced Field Application Engineer to support its Energy & Industrial Infrastructure business across EMEA. You will act as a technical partner to customers and the regional Sales team, helping identify technologies, solve application challenges, and support design-ins from concept through production.

A power semiconductor background is a strong advantage. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, 5–7 years of related

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant Field/Application/Design engineering experience.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into system-level solutions.
• Experience with power electronics or power semiconductors is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Fluent English; German & Italian are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Littelfuse portfolio to propose system-level solutions.
• Provide technical support to customers through development and design-in.
• Analyze requirements and recommend technical solutions with internal experts.
• Troubleshoot issues and support lab testing and validation.
• Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and support design wins.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and product training.
