Job summary

Ephos, a Lombardy-based developer of advanced glass-based packaging for AI hardware, seeks a Senior Facility Engineer to maintain the cleanroom and support DI water, chemical and gas systems in a new 24/7 fab.

You will implement processes, track performance with SPC, and drive cost control while collaborating with suppliers. This role offers top-tier compensation, stock options, and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in facility operations, preferably cleanroom-related.
• Experience in equipment maintenance and root-cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and document maintenance processes for cleanroom facilities.
• Track delivery performance of facility supplies using SPC methods.
• Apply problem-solving to implement permanent corrective actions.
• Control timelines and project costs within fab budgets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and escalate issues when needed.
• Set up and monitor facility equipment KPIs against fab goals.
