Your team

Payrails’ Sales Team engages with enterprise merchant prospects to drive new revenue. Our mission is to:

  • Understand the requirements and pain points of merchant prospects/clients
  • Execute complex solutions sharply scoped and relevant to merchants
  • Maintain relevance and valuable interactions with merchants

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will drive growth by expanding our customer base.

How you will make an impact
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with a focus on results.
  • Leverage industry contacts to generate leads and facilitate introductions.
  • Build relationships with prospects to identify problems and propose solutions.
  • Prioritize target accounts and key decision‑makers, focusing on C‑level executives.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to iterate sales processes.
  • Provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
  • Identify methods to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmap.
What we are looking for
  • 6+ years of experience selling high ACV software products to enterprise customers with a proven track record of complex solution sales to C‑level executives.
  • A builder mindset, willing to wear multiple hats in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to simplify complex solutions.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
