Mane Contract Services cerca un Senior BMS Engineer per un progetto Data Centre a Milano. Sarai responsabile dell’ingegneria BMS, dalla progettazione ai test, collaudi e handover finale, coordinando subappaltatori specialistici in un ambiente infrastrutturale critico.

Si richiede forte esperienza BMS e gestione di progetti complessi, con consolidata capacità di coordinare team inter-disciplinari e garantire qualità, sicurezza e conformità.

Competenze

• Esperienza significativa in ingegneria BMS e controlli.
• Esperienza su progetti di data centre o infrastrutture critiche complesse.
• Comprensione avanzata di disegni elettrici, schemi e I/O schedules.
• Capacità di redigere specifiche funzionali e di gestire subappaltatori.

Mansioni

• Assunzione della proprietà dei submittals di ingegneria e design BMS.
• Revisione di I/O, schede di layout e schemi di installazione.
• Coordinamento layout di dispositivi, schemi e interlock.
• Gestione delle attività dei subappaltatori BMS e monitoraggio avanzamento.
• Coordinamento tra BMS, meccanico, elettrico e altre discipline.
• Supporto a revisioni di progetto, cambiamenti ingegneristici e documentazione.
• Partecipazione a ispezioni W1, W2 e W3 sul sito.
• Supporto test in officina, test di collaudo e convalida.

Senior BMS Engineer – Data Centre Project

€60,000–€75,000 per annum + generous benefits

Exciting Opportunity in Milan:

Are you an experienced BMS Engineer looking for your next major project?

We are currently seeking a Senior BMS Engineer to join a major data centre project in Milan, taking ownership of BMS engineering and design activities from development through to testing, commissioning and final handover.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong BMS professional who enjoys working on complex projects, coordinating specialist subcontractors and delivering high-quality engineering solutions within a demanding critical infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of strongTier 2 engineering and design submittals
• Reviewing I/O and data point schedules, equipment schedules and schematics
• Coordinating device and wiring layouts, panel designs and interlocks
• Developing and reviewing functional specifications
• Managing BMS subcontractor activities and monitoring engineering progress
• Coordinating BMS works with mechanical, electrical and other project disciplines
• Supporting design reviews, engineering changes and technical documentation
• Participating in strongW1, W2 and W3 site walkdowns
• Identifying technical issues and driving them through to resolution
• Supporting off-site testing, witness testing, commissioning and validation
• Ensuring BMS systems are fully tested and ready for client handover
• Coordinating OM manuals, record drawings and close-out documentation
• Supporting final handover and ensuring all technical requirements are completed

About You:

• Significant strongBMS engineering and controls experience
• Experience working on strongdata centres, pharmaceutical, high-tech, critical infrastructure or similarly complex projects
• Strong understanding of BMS design, controls, instrumentation and system integration
• Experience producing and reviewing technical engineering submittals
• Strong knowledge of I/O schedules, equipment schedules, schematics and wiring layouts
• Experience developing or interpreting functional specifications
• Previous experience managing BMS subcontractors or specialist engineering teams
• Experience with testing, commissioning and handover
• Strong technical documentation and engineering change-control experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of engineering packages
• Strong focus on quality, safety and technical compliance

Desirable:

• Major strongdata centre projects
• Tier 1 / Tier 2 BMS systems
• W1, W2 and W3 inspections
• Off-site testing and commissioning
• Critical environment controls
• International project teams
• Relevant BMS, controls, electrical or mechanical engineering qualifications
