Zirak, based in Turin, Italy, seeks a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to lead low-level and platform software development for an automotive project. The role focuses on BSPs, bootloaders, device drivers, AUTOSAR, and communication protocols, with a strong emphasis on debugging and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings expert C skills for embedded systems, experience with Linux/QNX-like environments, and solid English communication.

Competenze

• Strong professional experience in automotive embedded software development.
• Proficiency in C for embedded systems.
• Experience with BSPs, bootloaders and device drivers.
• Experience with embedded OS and platform software integration.
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Experience with AUTOSAR Classic Base Software integration and configuration (DCM, DEM, Communication Stack, Memory Stack).
• Experience with embedded development tools and build environments (Python, Make/CMake, shell, Yocto).
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good written and spoken English.
