A leading global manufacturer is looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to support the development of battery disconnect switches through hardware design and electronics modifications. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering and 3-5 years of hands-on experience in design and development. Proficiency in CAD tools, particularly Altium Designer, and a background in the automotive industry are preferred. Strong communication skills in both Italian and English are essential. Competitive salary between €45,000 and €60,000 gross offered.

About the job:

• Support the development of battery disconnect switches and power distribution modules through product hardware design and electronics modifications
• Coordinate product development activities to ensure successful design and launch of new products
• Prototype, simulate, and test designs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Support mechanical design engineers, product, quality and the procurement teams in the product modification activities
• Translate customer requirements into product specifications
• Drive innovative technical solutions
• Manage global stakeholders, both internal and external

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in hardware design and development
• Proficient in CAD tools, ideally Altium Designer
• Background in the automotive industry preferred; familiarity with IATF and ATEX standards is a plus
• Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal Italian skills and fluent in English.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions
• Proactive self‑starter with a strong drive to learn and apply new concepts
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills

Offered salary range: €45,000‑€60,000 gross
