Electronics Engineer – Space Systems

Space assets are vastly underused — commercial payloads on small satellites operate less than 20% of the time due to power and bus limitations. We’re developing the next generation of components that enable continuous payload operations and full monetization of space assets.

Cosmic Careers is searching for a hands-on Electronics Engineer to design , prototype , and test embedded systems for space applications and ground equipment. Working next to the Head of Embedded Systems, you’ll help shape the future of our next-gen space systems in a rapid growth startup

Your mission🚀

• Design and prototype electronics for space systems
• Plan and conduct design validation and qualification tests
• Develop and verify engineering concepts
• Support production process preparation

What you bring💼

• Degree in electronics, embedded software, automation, or robotics
• 5+ years of experience designing electronics (space or scientific systems a plus)
• Knowledge of microcontroller programming for prototyping
• Understanding of space engineering physics (radiation, vacuum, thermal effects)
• Familiarity with space design and testing standards
• Independent, collaborative, and fluent in English
