Job summary

ERM is seeking a motivated Senior Consultant in Environmental Health and Safety to join our growing team in Milan with flexible working arrangements. You will support EHS strategy, risk assessments, training, audits, and regulatory compliance across projects in Italy and abroad, helping clients in energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

Fluency in Italian and English, 3-4 years' experience, and a passion for sustainability are required; ERM offers a collaborative environment and growth

Qualifications

• Completed studies or comparable training with a focus on environmental protection, occupational safety, health or sustainability.
• Proven experience as an H&S expert with in-depth knowledge of legal regulations and industry standards.
• Experience in construction safety, auditing, and safety documentation review.

Responsibilities

• Support in managing EHS aspects across all phases of a construction site project.
• Identify risks and conduct risk assessments to minimize accidents and environmental impacts.
• Advise clients on standards and legal regulations for occupational safety and health protection.
• Review and update security policies to meet current best practices and legal requirements.
• Plan, implement and evaluate training and workshops in occupational safety and health.
• Perform on-site diagnostics to assess safety culture and develop tailored solutions.
• Travel regularly to client sites in Italy and abroad.
