Job summary

AGAP2 is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager to lead a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance rollout with a focus on Finance processes, localizations, and regulatory requirements for the United Kingdom. The candidate will implement, configure, localize and provide functional support, coordinating with a global project team and local users in English.

The role demands strong financial process knowledge, hands-on D365 experience, and the ability to translate local requirements into functional designs

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience on Dynamics 365 Finance implementations.
• Experience with localization and regulatory requirements for the UK.
• Strong workshop and functional documentation skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering workshops with local Finance stakeholders, documenting business and regulatory requirements in English.
• Analyze gaps between Global Core Model and UK/Sweden/Denmark needs, identifying localizations and change requests.
• Support functional design, implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Work on modules: AR, AP, GL, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management.
• Configure processes to address country-specific requirements with local stakeholders.
• Validate localizations covering tax, statutory reporting, invoicing, banking and payments.
• Draft Functional Design Documents for integrations and reports.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into solutions.
• Coordinate validation of financial reports and localization settings with local users.
• Prepare and localize test scenarios and scripts in English; assist SIT/UAT and defect resolution.
• Guide local Key Users during UAT and support Go-Live and Post-Go-Live activities.
• Support data migration validation and training materials for end-users.
• Provide remote Go-Live support focusing on daily operations and month-end close.
