LivaNova, a global medtech leader, seeks a Senior Director, R&D Portfolio and Program Management to lead the CP R&D capital equipment project portfolio and medical product development. You will run the CP R&D Portfolio Management PMO with direct reports across Munich, Mirandola and Milan, reporting to the VP of CP R&D.

You will establish governance, prioritization, budgeting, and risk management, drive portfolio visibility, chair the PRC, and ensure timely execution of 20+ projects.

Competenze

• Extensive experience leading complex R&D programs, portfolios, and PMO functions.
• Proven track record in global, matrixed environments.
• Fluency in English; German and/or Italian preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic leadership for CP R&D capital equipment project portfolio and product development.
• Lead PMO governance, prioritization, and resource planning across global programs.
• Chair Portfolio Review Committee and report to CP leadership.
• Develop executive dashboards and portfolio insights for leadership decisions.
