NTU International A/S is seeking a Senior Digital Advisory Manager to drive business development, prepare technical proposals and oversee ICT consultancy assignments. You will coordinate senior experts and research organisations, translating digital requirements into credible activities and budgets across EU programmes.

The role requires a strong background in ICT advisory/digital transformation, project leadership, and proposal management, with a multinational, collaborative mindset.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Engineering, BIS or related field.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in ICT advisory, digital transformation or technology consulting.
• Experience preparing technical proposals for public-sector ICT consultancy assignments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary ICT consultants, technical specialists and/or technology subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of ICT systems, software platforms, system integration and public-sector digital transformation.
• Ability to prepare methodologies, work plans, staffing estimates, resource allocations and budgets.
• Strong project management, analytical, organisational, communication and negotiation skills; commercial awareness.

Aufgaben

• Identify and pursue ICT advisory, digital transformation and technology consultancy opportunities under EU frameworks and international programmes.
• Analyse terms of reference, specifications, context, deliverables and feasibility.
• Assess staffing, delivery arrangements and commercial viability; contribute to bid/no-bid decisions.
• Lead methodologies, work plans, resource estimates and staffing arrangements.
• Translate ICT requirements into activities, deliverables and budgets; coordinate input.
• Collaborate with bid and finance teams to prepare compliant submissions.
• Manage awarded ICT advisory projects, coordinating multidisciplinary experts and subcontractors.
• Monitor deliverables, schedules, resources, budgets and reporting quality.
• Review outputs and coordinate client communication and acceptance of deliverables.
• Support positioning, new services, partnerships and project references.
• Identify emerging digital government, data, AI, cybersecurity and interoperability opportunities.
