Job summary

xFarm Technologies is seeking a hands‑on DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to join its CloudOps team. You will own the operational infrastructure keeping the backend platform running across Europe and LATAM, collaborating with the Cloud Architect and engineering squads as the first dedicated SRE hire in a new function.

You will deploy and operate Kubernetes, own GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and govern the Elastic/Grafana observability stack.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience as a DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineer in production.
• Solid production Kubernetes deployment, operations and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD preferred).
• Observability experience with Elastic stack and Prometheus/Grafana.
• Infrastructure as Code and cloud fundamentals (containers, networking, secrets, IAM).

Responsibilities

• Deploy, scale, secure and troubleshoot containerized backend services on Kubernetes.
• Own GitLab CI/CD pipelines end‑to‑end and bootstrap new repos/pipelines.
• Manage observability, dashboards and alerts with Elastic/Grafana stack; investigate production issues.
• Define SLIs/SLOs, respond to incidents and reduce toil via automation.
• Manage infrastructure declaratively with Terraform/Helm/GitOps for reproducible environments.
• Support engineering teams with tooling and runbooks; enable self‑service workflows.
• Ensure security and hygiene across pipelines and clusters.
