DXC Technology Italy is hiring a DevOps Engineer Expert to join the C&I offering. The role centers on owning Kubernetes clusters (on‑prem or cloud), building robust CI/CD pipelines, and implementing IaC with Terraform and Helm.

You will collaborate with developers, mentor junior staff, and contribute to technical standards. The position offers a hybrid work model in Naples with a base gross salary starting from €36,000, and a benefits package including health insurance, meal vouchers, and a

Competenze

• Hands-on Kubernetes administration experience.
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient with container technologies (Docker/containerd).
• Familiar with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters with end-to-end platform ownership.
• Manage cluster lifecycle: upgrades, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and maintain ingress, storage, and networking components.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Automate deployment workflows and environment provisioning with Bash or Python.
• Use IaC tools like Terraform and Helm to define infrastructure.
• Operate monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager) and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development teams on containerization and deployment best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior/mid team members.
