Job summary

Edgewing is seeking a senior Data Architect to lead complex data and technology initiatives in a highly regulated environment. You will work across agile teams, bridging technical execution and business value while aligning data architecture with programme goals.

The role involves designing data models, managing data integration, and enabling both cloud and on-prem solutions. A minimum of 5 years in delivery or programme management within tech/data settings is required.

Qualifications

• Data modelling across conceptual, logical and physical models.
• Hands-on data warehousing with star/snowflake schemas.
• Azure data services and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
• SQL and data integration/API design capability.

Responsibilities

• Align data architecture with business objectives and information strategies.
• Design and maintain data models and data dictionaries; ensure data quality and consistency.
• Lead data integration across sources using ETL tools; oversee interfaces between systems.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture disciplines to evolve information architectures.
• Mentor team members and stay updated on data tech trends.
