Arup is seeking a cybersecurity-focused professional to join our Digital Technology Cyber GRC team. You will help ensure our cyber risk management aligns with internal policies and regulatory standards while enabling business objectives.

You will develop IT Disaster Recovery plans, conduct risk assessments, and lead global cyber-awareness campaigns, partnering with regional teams to embed security-by-design across projects and ensure ISO 22301 compliance.

Competenze

• IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) planning and testing experience.
• Experience with risk assessments and BIA analysis.
• Understanding of ISO 22301 and business continuity frameworks.
• Experience in cyber awareness and education initiatives.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain, and test the organisation's IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) plans.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and impact analyses to identify critical systems and priorities.
• Manage global cybersecurity awareness campaigns and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional digital teams to embed security-by-design principles into projects and products.
• Drive implementation and ongoing compliance with ISO 22301 standards.
