Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Corporate Accountant who will manage end-to-end accounting activities in Milan, requiring fluency in English and Italian. The role includes handling reconciliations, closings, VAT and audits, and supporting corporate administration within a global funds services environment.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting/finance, ~2 years of accounting experience, and is proficient in Excel and ERP software such as Zucchetti or Microsoft Dynamics BC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance.
• Italian proficiency is essential.
• Approximately 2 years of accounting experience.
• Experience at a chartered accounting firm is a plus.
• Knowledge of corporate governance / AML KYC and secretarial practices.
• Fluent English (written & conversational) is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Zucchetti and/or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.

Corporate Accountant - English & Italian speaker

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Finance Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable and journal entries.
