We are recruiting a professional to join our Transfer Pricing team in Bologna, who will perform international tax analyses to establish the transfer prices of goods, services and financial transactions between companies in the same industrial or financial group, in order to determine the proper tax base in each tax jurisdiction in which the group operates.

Specifically, the successful candidate will be tasked with:

  • Structure and perform compliance analyses with Italian tax regulations and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines under the supervision of senior consultants;
  • Analyze the value chain of multinational groups through interviews with management;
  • Review financial statements and intercompany agreements;
  • Set up and oversee the execution of benchmarking analyses;
  • Draft transfer pricing documentation under the supervision of senior consultants;
  • Develop theoretical knowledge of international taxation, including through research on specific topics;
  • Support senior consultants in assisting clients during tax audits and litigation procedures related to transfer pricing.
Your profile

Come As YouAre - Your skills and characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Transfer Pricing;
  • Master’s degree in business (LM-56 and LM-77) or Law (LMG-01);
  • Qualification to practice as a lawyer or chartered accountant, or willingness to obtain such qualifications.
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Flexible and dynamic approach.

A post-graduate specialisation in Tax Law would be a definite plus.
