Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of senior experience in Real-World Evidence, Observational Research, or HEOR within CROs or life sciences environments.
• Strong knowledge of RWE and non-interventional research across the product lifecycle.
• Experience in client-facing consulting, proposal leadership, business development, feasibility assessment, and bid-defense support.
• Strong analytical and strategic capabilities for assessing data availability, feasibility, and evidence-generation approaches.

Responsibilities

• Translate evidence needs into tailored RWE strategies for Medical Affairs, Market Access, and HTA.
• Lead or contribute to the strategy, design and development of proposals and client-ready materials.
• Design innovative study approaches including implementation science, hybrid, and synthetic data studies.
• Support portfolio evolution by identifying new data sources, networks, and partnerships.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and client communications as Project Manager.
• Review proposals and deliverables, propose improvements and re-scoping options.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships with ongoing follow-up and senior-level guidance.
