A leading embedded banking specialist in Milan is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure regulatory compliance and manage regulatory changes in Italy. You will play a crucial role in submitting regulatory documents and acting as the escalation point for investigations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a compliance role within financial institutions, excellent knowledge of Italian banking regulations, and fluency in Italian and English. A caring work environment and flexible remote policies are included.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in a Compliance position in a financial institution.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian banking regulations.
• Strong writing skills and ability to synthesize complex information.

Mansioni

• Manage regulatory changes to ensure compliance in Italy.
• Assist with regulatory submissions under AMLRO supervision.
• Act as escalation point for Compliance investigations.
• Explore regulatory aspects of various business use cases.
