Job summary

dsgngroup in Emilia‑Romagna, Forlì area, seeks a senior marketing and communications professional to own the full arc from strategic idea to the content that carries it. You’ll shape brand narratives and the channel plan, beyond posting schedules.

You’ll lead end-to-end campaigns, coordinate a creative team on shoots, and defend a creative direction in client meetings. Strong Italian writing and storytelling are essential; English should enable work on international brands.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in communication strategy or social media management.
• Proven writing and concept skills in Italian; English good enough for international brands.
• Ability to think in systems and defend a creative direction with a client in the room.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute client brand communication and advertising strategies end-to-end.
• Oversee social presence: concepts, formats, editorial systems.
• Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers; brief production teams.
• Measure impact with qualitative judgment rather than dashboards.
• Be on set at shoots to contribute to content quality.
