Competenze

• Minimum 6-8 years of work experience in CMF design for Automotive/Industrial products.
• Passion for Colour, Material, Finish, and new technologies.
• Express a high level of creativity and profound color and material sense.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Italian or Chinese is an advantage.

About Us

At the Changan European Design Centre, our international team of specialists works across diverse creative fields, including Automotive Design, Strategy, UX/UI, CMF, and more.

Responsibilities

• Providing autonomously high-quality CMF projects in a timely manner
• Actively study and strive to understand the Brand & Design philosophy and its values
• Creates fresh and exciting CMF concepts and moodboards for CMF proposals
• Holistic strategic thinking about Product positioning and Product values
• Responsible for creation of innovative original CMF design solutions and proposals, in the form of concept and moodboards, renderings, and physical material proposals, through application of fresh and innovative design thinking, in vast variety and timely manner.
• Competent in working in Photoshop, Illustrator, Vred and Blender.
• Actively support Project Leader/Manager in communication with other departments (UX, VIZ, Digital, Physical Modelling, EXT, INT, Engineering, …)
• Understand technical requirements and engineering issues
• Prepare precise input for digital visualizations of Exterior and interior renderings. Prepare precise material brief for internal and external material & color developments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams. Leads the digital/physical model development
• Actively participate in preparation of presentations and preparations of reports for weekly management reviews
• Organises and sets up meetings and cooperation with CMF CQ
• Present project to direct Manager, Directors, GM
• Providing trend forecasting content relevant to our consumer and brand

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of work experience in CMF design for Automotive / Industrial / Produc. Extensive understanding of automotive OEMs company design process.
• Passion for Colour, Material, Finish, new technologies and craftmanship of CMF
• Express a high level of creativity, strong 3D imagination and profound color and material sense
• Solid use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, knowledge of V.red and Blender
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to work as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage time and deadlines, and to adapt to priorities changes.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization
• Excellent English communication both in written and spoken language. Proficiency in Italian or Chinese is an advantage.
