Senior Clinical Trial Assistant ( Clinical Trial Administration) - Croatia

We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Assistant (SrCTA) to join our diverse and dynamic FSP team in Croatia.

As a Senior CTA at ICON Plc, you will play a key role in supporting the management and execution of clinical trials in Croatia by handling a range of administrative and operational tasks.

You will contribute to the smooth execution of clinical trials through efficient coordination, documentation, and communication with various stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Coordination and administration of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate ordering/dispatch and tracking of trial materials (e.g. CRFs, diary cards, lab supplies, drug supplies, and study binders) as appropriate
• Support the study related payments
• Supports vendor selection, supports Vendor set-up as applicable
  TMF management (country and site TMF); document oversight and tracking
• Supports preparation and translation of ICF into local languages (including vendor management)
• Supports preparation of patient facing material
• Responsible for completeness of uploaded trial related documents into sponsor's systems including archiving of paper TMFs
• Ensures adherence to financial standards, prevailing legislation, ICH/GCP, IRB/IEC, Health Authority and SOP requirements
• Provides logistic support to SSU CRA, CRA, CPM, SSU Manager in all phases of the clinical trial

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in Clinical Trials in a clinical trial administration role.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Fluent Croatian and English language
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
