ICON San Antonio is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II/Senior CRA to join their team in Italy (Milan, Rome, Bologna, Naples). You will design and monitor trials, interpret data, and contribute to innovative therapies.

The role emphasizes integrity, collaboration, and rigorous data management within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a scientific degree, 2+ years of CRA experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to travel up to 60% to sites

Competenze

  • Bachelor’s in a scientific or healthcare field required.
  • Minimum 2 years as a Clinical Research Associate.
  • Solid knowledge of clinical trial processes and ICH-GCP.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Willingness to travel ~60% as required.

Mansioni

  • Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits.
  • Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity and patient safety.
  • Collaborate with investigators and site staff for study conduct.
  • Perform data review and resolve queries to ensure quality data.
  • Contribute to study documentation including protocols and CSRs.
