The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, proficiency in English and Italian, and 4-6 years of relevant experience in Real Estate or Property Management. Competenze

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role within Real Estate or Property Management.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Manage lease contracts and ensure tenant compliance with lease terms.
• Issue invoices and support collections.
• Record invoices in the internal management system.
• Prepare tenancy and arrears reports.
