The role involves managing accounting functions, including lease contract oversight and accounts receivable management. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 4-6 years of relevant experience, alongside strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency in English and Italian is required, and knowledge of Yardi Voyager is a plus.

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role within Real Estate or Property Management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Mansioni

• Manage lease contracts and agreements across client portfolios.
• Issue and send invoices and coordinate tenant payments.
• Record invoices in the internal management system.
