Atlas Copco in Padova, Veneto, Italy, is seeking a Chief Accountant responsible for managing finance operations and ensuring tax compliance with local regulations. You will coordinate payroll, oversee statutory reporting, and lead audits, shaping efficient financial processes in a metalworking environment that values accuracy.

The role requires 5–8 years in a similar position, strong Excel and PowerBI skills, and deep knowledge of Italian accounting and tax rules.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics and 5–8 years in a similar role.
• Strong Excel (advanced) and PowerBI skills.
• Good knowledge of English and local/fiscal regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems.

Mansioni

• Ensure high-quality finance operations and fiscal declarations.
• Coordinate payroll with outsourcing partner.
• Prepare monthly statutory reporting and tax returns.
• Lead or participate in audits, and prepare reports and reconciliations.
• Improve accounting department efficiency and controls.
• Manage filing, storage, and security of documents.
• Oversee credit and collection KPIs and cash flow.
• Support cross-department financial and fiscal information.
