• Support the Global Commodity Manager and coordinate with buyers for procurement strategy.
• Manage the overall sourcing process, including supplier relations and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with supply chain policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• SupportingtheGlobalCommodityManagerandcoordinatingwithbuyersofone'sUnit,todefinethe strategyfor procuringMaterial&PermanentSystemsgoods;
• SupportingandbeinginchargefortheoverallSourcingProcessincludingDefiningtheSupplierListintheVendorList, preparingtherequestforproposaltosendtosuppliers,andmanagingcommercial and contractual negotiationactivitieswiththeidentifiedsuppliers,to pursuethefollowingtargets: inexpensiveness, synergy, qualitativeexcellenceand leadtimeoptimization;
• EnsurecompliancewithGlobalSupplyChainandCompanyPolicies;
• Analyzing,comparingandassessingtheoffersreceivedbysuppliers,alsoguaranteeingthattheyaretechnicallycheckedbyrequestingCorporate Departments/OperationalUnits.Also,preparingsummary tablesofthefinaloffersandrecommendations;
• Drawingupthetermsandconditionsofagreements/purchaseorders,withthesupportoftheLegalDepartmentandContractDepartment, whilealsocoordinatingwithrequestingDepartments;
• Supportingsupplierrelations,incompliancewiththeCompany'sCodeofEthics,itsOrganization,ManagementandControlModel, pursuanttoLegislativeDecree231/2001,anditsAnti-CorruptionModel;
• SupportingRegionalSupplyChainManagersandProcurementManagers,tocreateprocurementplans fortheOperationalUnits, tomaximizeefficiencyand effectiveness;
• Supportingreportanalysisactivitiesandidentifyingcorrectivemeasures,inagreementwiththeGlobal CommodityManagerandVendorManagement, tomanageandmitigatecriticalissuesdetected whilecarryingouttheprocurementprocess;

Requirements

• 5 plus years'experienceinthesameroleinmultinationalcontexts;
• Supplybaseselection,developmentandmanagement;
• Capableofcarryingoutprimecostdrivervalueanalyses;
