PNO Innovation is looking for a Business Developer to drive the growth of our Strategic Innovation Services (SIS) business in Italy. The ideal candidate combines a strong background in innovation consulting with a proven commercial track record in B2B business development, particularly within the software and technology sectors. This is a strategic role at the intersection of consulting, innovation, and business expansion.

What are you going to do?

Your mission will be to identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities for innovation consulting services—leveraging PNO’s expertise in technology intelligence, open innovation, and public funding to help clients design and implement innovation-driven strategies.

Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in innovation and technology-driven markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key ecosystem stakeholders.

Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing.

Represent PNO Innovation at events, conferences, and innovation networks.

Collaborate with internal teams across Europe to align business development with delivery strategies.
