Fedrigoni SpA is seeking a passionate Business Controller in Milan to manage financial controlling and FP&A activities for the Politape Group. This role demands strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, as well as experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing monthly closings, driving budgeting processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial data. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in controlling or FP&A and fluent language skills in English and German.

Competenze

• 4–6 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or consulting.
• Experience in a fast-paced or private equity environment is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and German; Italian is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own monthly closing, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor and improve inventory and working capital.
