Senior Architect or Landscape Architect

We are looking for a Senior Architect or Landscape Architect with a strong design sensibility and proven leadership experience to join our Milan office. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strategic thinking, leading teams and projects with confidence and clarity.

• Lead the design and delivery of complex landscape architecture projects, ensuring design quality and innovation in line with LAND’s mission and values.
• Manage internal teams and coordinate sub-consultants and collaborators across disciplines.
• Represent LAND in client and stakeholder meetings, articulating our design vision with professionalism and impact.
• Oversee project progress, ensuring objectives, schedules, and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience, demonstrated through leadership on complex landscape or architectural projects.
• Significant experience in managing multidisciplinary design teams and large-scale landscape projects.
• Excellent design, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Italian.
• Previous professional experience in the Middle East, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
