Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design & Planning – Develop and refine architectural concepts, master plans, and drawings to meet functional, aesthetic, and sustainability goals.
- Project Coordination & Execution – Collaborate with stakeholders, oversee design implementation, and resolve construction-related issues.
- Compliance & Regulatory Approvals – Ensure adherence to building codes, manage permits, and coordinate with authorities for approvals.
- Technical Expertise & Quality Control – Review technical details, inspect construction sites, and address design modifications.
- Sustainability & Innovation – Integrate sustainable practices and explore innovative, cost-effective architectural solutions.
- Leadership & Team Development – Mentor teams, lead design discussions, and foster collaboration within the team.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication – Present designs, incorporate feedback, and align architecture with business strategy.
- Risk Management & Problem-Solving – Identify and mitigate design risks while adapting to project constraints.
- Documentation & Reporting – Maintain records, track design progress, and ensure proper documentation for compliance and future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in architecture, preferably in real estate development.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Experience in project coordination, budgeting, and cost management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Professional architectural license (preferred but not required, based on location).
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
