Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Performance Marketing professional to drive growth with major Meta Search Engine partners. You will own budgets, optimize bids, and collaborate with data teams to extract actionable insights. The role is Bangkok-based with relocation support for global candidates.

You will interact with senior partners, analyze ROIs, and shape pricing strategies while building lasting advertiser relationships and advancing Agoda’s performance marketing program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/Statistics/Math/Engineering or Economics and Finance.
• Experience in online marketing is a plus.
• Fluent English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage marketing spend with large Meta Search Engine (MSE) partners.
• Independently manage your accounts.
• Manage the commercial relationship with MSE partners, including terms, bidding, pricing and technical implementation.
• Set strategies with Bidding and Pricing teams to deliver ROIs and revenue growth.
• Track detailed performance KPIs and deliver data-driven insights.
• Communicate results and ideas to stakeholders clearly.
• Ensure advertisers implement Agoda APIs and related innovations.
• Understand the full booking funnel and its impact on advertiser performance.
• Build long-term relationships with advertisers to drive growth in ad spend.

The Performance Marketing Team of Agoda is a world leader in online marketing. We are highly data-driven and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of our customers. Our team is a blend of the bright analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists in the world. We foster a great learning environment where you will be able to learn and grow by working closely with experts from a variety of backgrounds from all over the world. With Performance Marketing, MSE is a business development and marketing role within Agoda’s marketing department. It involves working with online vertical search advertisers (Meta Search Engines) to drive hotel booking sales.

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Own and manage marketing spend with large Meta Search Engine (MSE) partners
• Independently manage your accounts
• Manage the commercial relationship with MSE partners, including commercial terms, bidding and pricing strategies, and technical implementation
• Decide in coordination with the Bidding and Pricing teams strategies that deliver expected ROIs and revenue growth
• Track detailed performance/KPIs and deliver regular data-driven actionable insights to improve results
• Succinctly communicate the results, ideas, and business statistics with different stakeholders
• Ensure the advertiser implements the right Agoda APIs and related technological innovations
• Be immersed and intimately familiar with the entire booking funnel including the user experience and conversion drivers between the advertiser and Agoda
• Build long term relationships with advertisers that foster new opportunities and continuous growth in return from advertising dollars

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Math or Engineering or Economics and Finance
• Business development and/or account management track record with experience in online marketing
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Self-motivated person with "Get it done!" attitude
• Passionately analytical with strong ability to think logically and excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse i.e. SQL, Tableau and MS Excel
• Ability to effectively communicate, influence and persuade with different levels of stakeholders (including Senior Management) with proven strong commercial acumen
• Ability to represent Agoda with experience in interacting with external senior level executives
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills to extract insights and recommendations
