Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Analyst / Junior Manager to support the execution of the Transformation program across the business covering all main key functional areas and assist M&A-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Transformation initiatives collaborating with functional teams and external advisors.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision-making and initiative detailing.
- Prepare business cases, reports, and executive-level presentations.
- Monitor program progress and KPIs.
- Assist with M&A-related processes, including due diligence, synergy analysis, business planning, and post-merge integration planning.
- Coordinate inputs from internal teams and external advisors and prepare materials for leadership or Board reviews.
- Ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in top-tier consulting, M&A advisory, corporate strategy, corporate transformation or PMO/strategy office.
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus).
- Exposure to M&A transactions and/or enterprise transformation, operational improvement preferred.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and advisors in fast‑paced environments.
- Understanding and interest in B2B machinery sector or Pharma/Biotech industry highly desirable.
