Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Analyst / Junior Manager to support the execution of the Transformation program across the business covering all main key functional areas and assist M&A-related processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Transformation initiatives collaborating with functional teams and external advisors.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision-making and initiative detailing.
  • Prepare business cases, reports, and executive-level presentations.
  • Monitor program progress and KPIs.
  • Assist with M&A-related processes, including due diligence, synergy analysis, business planning, and post-merge integration planning.
  • Coordinate inputs from internal teams and external advisors and prepare materials for leadership or Board reviews.
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in top-tier consulting, M&A advisory, corporate strategy, corporate transformation or PMO/strategy office.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus).
  • Exposure to M&A transactions and/or enterprise transformation, operational improvement preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and advisors in fast‑paced environments.
  • Understanding and interest in B2B machinery sector or Pharma/Biotech industry highly desirable.

  • Project management mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring attention to detail.
  • High level of ownership, drive, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

  • Confident in preparing and delivering executive-level presentations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Fluent in English, both writing and spoken.
