A global technology solutions leader is seeking a Senior Analyst / Junior Manager to support transformation programs and M&A-related processes. Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience in consulting or corporate strategy, with a Master's degree preferred. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Power BI are essential. We are seeking a Senior Analyst / Junior Manager to support the execution of the Transformation program across the business covering all main key functional areas and assist M&A-related processes.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the Transformation initiatives collaborating with the company functional teams and external advisors; conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision-making and initiative detailing; prepare business cases, reports, and executive-level presentations; monitor program progress and KPIs; support effective communication across teams.
Assist with M&A-related processes, including due diligence, synergy analysis, business planning; coordinate inputs from internal teams and external advisors; prepare materials for leadership or BoD reviews; ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the transaction lifecycle; support post-merge integration planning and activities
2–3 years of experience in top-tier consulting, M&A advisory, corporate strategy, corporate transformation or PMO / strategy office
Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus)
Exposure to M&A transactions and / or enterprise transformation, operational improvement preferred
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and advisors in fast-paced environments
Understanding and interest in B2B machinery sector or Pharma / Biotech industry highly desirable.
Ability to work across functions and manage multiple stakeholders
Project management mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring attention to detail
High level of ownership, drive, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Proven team player attitude
Confident in preparing and delivering executive-level presentations
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools (e.g., Power BI)
Fluent in English, both writing and spoken
