The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Administrative Accountant to join our Finance team and who will be reporting to the Finance Business Partner.

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced, and international company. Openness to change, respect, curiosity and the ability to collaborate effectively with non-finance stakeholders will be pivotal skills to work in harmony with the whole staff of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Invoicing;
  • Tax compliance, in collaboration with an external consultant: VAT settlements, withholding taxes, LIPE, Intrastat; Inarcassa; 770.
  • Bookkeeping, including year-end adjustments to close financial statements according to Italian accounting standards.
  • Liaising with external auditors for their areas of expertise.
  • Expense report management.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Company statutory books keeping.
  • Management of administrative and accounting procedures in general, as required.
Does this role inspire you?

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about driving financial excellence and integrity through meticulous accounting practices and insightful analysis. We also value :

  • High school diploma in Accounting and / or Degree in Economics.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in the same role.
  • Background in similarly organized contexts: limited companies in consulting / services sector with project-based accounting, under the ordinary accounting regime.
  • Knowledge of Italian accounting principles.
  • Operational autonomy and willingness to work simultaneously on multiple sw tools.
  • English B2.
  • Basic Spanish, preferably.
  • Knowledge of JDE, Esolver, preferably.
  • Willingness to travel within EU / UK if required.
