It listens to children and adolescents every day and offers concrete answers to their requests for help, through collaboration with institutions, associations and other territorial realities.**THE POSITION**Fondazione SOS il Telefono Azzurro Onlus is looking for a position of general secretary to join Presidency's team in Modena. Tasks & responsibilities: - Organising employees’ trips as well as the President's agenda in collaboration with his Personal Assistant - Putting together support materials for meetings - Help in the organisation of conferences, meetings and events in general - Taking care of the digital and hardcopy archive and the switchboard - Help in the drafting of meeting reports and translation of documents - Help in the search and mangement of suppliers**REQUIREMENTS**- University Degree- Significant experience in this role within national and international associations- Discretion, precision, reliability and motivation- Organisational skills, proactivity and adaptability- Availability to work flexible hours and to travel frequently- Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level) and modern IT tools - Real interest in a concrete and constant commitment to the social field and more precisely to childhood and adolescence - Sharing the mission and objectives of the Association.**POSITION LOCATION: Rome** (Italy) **HOW TO APPLY** Your application must contain: - A motivational letter written in English - An updated and detailed CV in English The research is aimed at both sexes in compliance with current legislation.
