Responsibilities

Join and reinforce a strong and competent team.
Give pre-sales support to our sales organization for opportunities of the Accounts in Public Water Services, collaborating with the Account Team to win those opportunities by leveraging the best value proposition.
Drive and execute pre-sales activities, providing expertise especially in automation process applications pushing our Smart Water Value Proposition for the segment and leveraging knowledge of the customers’ processes.
Operate in coordination with the Global WWW segment organization to stay updated on the latest technologies and to support the Team in executing the growth plan.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

Proven experience and technical background in industrial automation and/or hydraulic engineering and software
Dynamicity and willingness to travel throughout the territory
Leadership skills and effective at building good relationships with customers and speaking the same language as the customer
Ability in problem-solving
Self-motivated, energetic, creative, confident and able to articulate at multiple levels within an organization
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills with a team-oriented approach
English is needed to assure an effective relationship with the worldwide segment organization
