Overview

As a Global Security Market Development Director, you’ll drive innovation, client engagement, and business expansion. In particular, you will:

Responsibilities
  • Drive all phases of the sales cycle, from account development to opportunity qualification, leveraging deep sales and technical expertise;
  • Identify complex technology opportunities by leveraging deep insight into client needs and network-driven solutions;
  • Create differentiated opportunities based on Security offerings and joint go-to-market plays developed through the Accenture Security;
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape go-to-market strategies, build client engagement plans, and apply leading Security transformation practices;
  • Proactively identify new opportunities through client engagement and accelerate their qualification to proposal stage;
  • Work closely with a global network of professionals, sharing knowledge and driving impact across regions and teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree and minimum 8 years of work experience;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and pursuit management within Security Services, including Identity Access Management, with a proven sales track record exceeding $8M in annual quota;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Available for business travel.
Nice to have
  • Experience with IAM tools like Ping, SailPoint, and CyberArk;
  • Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management;
  • Ability to operate in team-oriented, high-energy environments;
  • Demonstrated commitment, credibility, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
