Booz Allen is seeking a Security Manager to process and maintain records and procedures to help employees obtain and sustain government security clearances or positions of trust.

The role requires deep expertise in personnel, physical, and information security, plus knowledge of IC/DoD/Navy regulations for collateral and SCI management. You will mentor staff and operate in a high-visibility environment demanding discretion.

Security Manager The Opportunity: Process and maintain company and government inspectable records and procedures for employees to obtain and maintain government security clearances or positions of trust. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.

• Experience with personnel security, physical security, information security, and access control
• Knowledge of IC, DoD, and Department of the Navy regulations for Collateral and SCI management
• Ability to work on a team
• TS/SCI clearance
• Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)

You Have:

• Experience with National Background Investigation Services (NBIS) eApp, Defense Information System for Security (DISS), Secure Web Fingerprint Transmission (SWFT), NP2 Security Portal, and Lenel
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite tools, including SharePoint
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-visibility, four-star military command environment, exercising discretion, sound judgement, and professionalism when engaging with senior military and civilian leaders
• Lockmaster’s Certification

Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
