Bending Spoons is hiring for a security-focused role across our Milan office or remote locations. We seek a talented, driven individual to help strengthen security, defend against threats, and embed robust controls across engineering workflows.

You will collaborate with privacy experts and engineers to translate regulatory requirements into practical safeguards, while helping us maintain an ambitious pace and high standards.

Mansioni

• Assess and strengthen security. Identify security loopholes across systems and infrastructure using modern security tools, automation, and continuous testing.
• Attack and defend. Conduct internal security assessments and implement countermeasures that safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of company data.
• Automate security practices. Design and build solutions that embed strong security controls directly into infrastructure and engineering workflows.
• Partner on privacy and compliance. Work with privacy experts to translate regulatory requirements into robust, practical, technical safeguards.
• Stay ahead of threats. Track emerging vulnerabilities, attack techniques, and security practices, and share knowledge with Spooners to continuously strengthen our security posture.
