Teamsystem is seeking an Application Security Lead in Monza to guide security-by-design across development teams. You will define standards, review architectures, respond to incidents, and embed security into the product lifecycle in a hands-on role.

You will work in a hybrid setup with a focus on secure coding, security frameworks (SAMM, ASVS, NIST CSF), and compliance requirements (ISO 27000, NIS2, DORA, PCI-DSS). Strong English (C1) is required.

• Experience leading application security and security-by-design across development teams.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (SAMM, ASVS, NIST CSF) and compliance standards (ISO 27000, NIS2, DORA, PCI-DSS).
• Proficiency in English (C1) and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
